Digital Products and Membership Access
CMS Downloads provides access to digital products under a membership model. Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate file access, purchases are considered final once a membership has been activated or files have been downloaded.
No Refunds After Access
Refunds are not offered once:
- a membership has been activated, or
- files have been downloaded from the platform.
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Billing Errors
If you believe a billing error has occurred due to a mistake on our side, please contact us at
Verified duplicate charges or incorrect billing caused by technical error will be corrected promptly.
Auto-Renewal Cancellations
Members may cancel auto-renewal at any time from their Dashboard.
Canceling auto-renewal prevents future charges but does not generate refunds for the current billing period.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns regarding a charge, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute. We are committed to resolving legitimate billing issues promptly and professionally.
